One less mouth to Feed

This was a period short film with a lot of moving parts, child actors, SAG performers, and even animals on set. I worked as the line producer and UPM, while also handling data wrangling during the shoot, which meant constantly shifting between planning, problem-solving, and staying present on set. Much of my role was about creating that balance, making sure everything ran safely, on time, and on budget. With child actors, and animals on set, every day was unpredictable and I had to adjust in real time to keep things running smoothly, the team aligned, and the shoot moving.
